Your order will usually be sent the same day as you have made your order and we have registered your payment or no later than the day after. You will recive your invoice on your E-mail, the same day as your order leave the wearhouse. Delivery is usually between 2-7 business days, depending on transport time from Courier from Denmark to you.

For your convenience, your payment details will be saved on our encrypted server. Your card information is encrypted in our system using 128-bit SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on Kilde & Co is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible or sold to 3 parties without your written permission.
Step 1: You can return your order, or part of the order within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return using the reason codes:
01: Wrong size
02: Wrong color
03: Wrong model
04: Changed my mind
05: Reclamation (please write what happend)
Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging. We’re unable to accept returns where the cellophane packaging is broken it’s hygiene seal for your safty that the item has never been tryde on.
Step 3: Ask for a return label or arrange your own return. If using your own returns method, it’s payable by you so we won’t reimburse the cost but we may deduct from your refund if we’ve incurred a returns fee from your carrier.
We will only pay the cost of returns, if there are a reclamation on the product.
You have 24 months to complain, normal wear and tear is not a complaint.
Don’t forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.
