Delivery and Return

Delivery:

Your order will usually be sent the same day as you have made your order and we have registered your payment or no later than the day after. You will recive your invoice on your E-mail, the same day as your order leave the wearhouse. Delivery is usually between 2-7 business days, depending on transport time from Courier from Denmark to you.

Payment:

You can pay with VisaCard & MasterCard.

Your payment for the order will get withdrawn when you order is send.

Card details safe and privacy policy:

For your convenience, your payment details will be saved on our encrypted server. Your card information is encrypted in our system using 128-bit SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on Kilde Medic is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible or sold to3 parties without your written permission.

How do I return something?

Step 1: You can return your order, or part of the order within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return using the reason codes:

Wrong color

03:
Wrong model

04:
Chainged my mind

05:
Reclamation (please write what happend)

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging. We’re unable to accept returns where the cellophane packaging is broken it’s hygiene seal for your safty that the item has never been tryde on. 

Step 3: Ask for a return label or arrange your own return. If using your own returns method, it’s payable by you so we won’t reimburse the cost but we may deduct from your refund if we’ve incurred a returns fee from your carrier.

We will only pay the cost of returns, if there are a reclamation on the produckt.

You have 24 months to complain, normal wear and tear is not a complaint.

Don’t forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Kilde Medic. We’ll email you as soon as we have processed your return, refunds take 3-5 days to reach your account.

If you haven’t heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back to us, get in touch below with your proof of return.
